A self made serial entrepreneur with a passion for starting new businesses, Mr.Mohammad Siddique Rajput started from humble beginnings. In the early 1990’she moved from Pakistan to America and invested his life savings into opening agas station and truck rental business. Starting from one location in Brooklyn, hegrew the business to 4 branches all across New York City and invested in rentalreal estate properties. In the mid 2000’s he started venturing into the heavy equipment industry exporting Caterpillar shovels, dump trucks and wheeled equipment to industrial areas in Dubai during the major construction era. After the global stock market crash in 2008 he moved his company over to Saudi Arabia and in 2010 he established his 100% foreign investor owned company “Day and Night Co” in the heavy equipment rental industry. Under his leadership, he grew the business to over 100 machines and expanded into areas like HR solutions, Contracting and Industrial solutions. Today, the “Day and Night Group” has over 65 employees and provides energy solutions to SMEs and contractors all across the Kingdom. The group also has contracts with SAS, GASCO, and Saudi German Hospital and provides services to companies like Bureau Veritas, Yamama Cement and Al Rashid. He also sits on the executive committee of the Pakistani Investors Business Forum in Saudi Arabia as the General Secretary.
Executive Director of New Business Development, Day & Night Company
Kamran Rajput is a diverse entrepreneur who leads Day & Night Company’s growth initiatives across the U.S. and Saudi Arabia, leveraging a Master’s in Engineering Management and years of experience bootstrapping companies in both the US and KSA. At DNC, Kamran focuses on expanding the company’s energy solutions and industrial services into new territories. He combines data- driven market analysis with on-the-ground relationships—drawing on his extensive network in both the US and KSA, leveraging the American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia—to identify high-impact opportunities for remote power rentals, facility maintenance, and turnkey contracting projects. A natural connector, Kamran has guided cross-border collaborations that streamline regulatory approvals, accelerate project mobilization, and ensure seamless integration within KSA’s infrastructure. His hands-on approach ensures every client benefits from DNC’s promise of reliability, safety, and technical excellence-whether powering remote worksites, supporting large-scale industrial facilities, or emergency response operations. Outside of DNC, Kamran serves on the board of V360 Global, where he advises on market-entry strategies and business-enablement services aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. He is committed to mentoring emerging entrepreneurs and stays at the forefront of advancements made in KSA as they enter the market.
Executive Director of Operations, Day & Night Company
Dawood R. oversees International Operations at Day & Night Company, applying his Mechanical Engineering background from Stevens Institute of Technology and experience in aerospace, defense, and banking to deliver turnkey remote power rentals, industrial servicing, and rapid-deployment solutions across the Gulf. Under his leadership, DNC has built a reputation for technical excellence and reliability in supporting off-grid worksites and large-scale industrial facilities. He also founded Eleventen, a boutique entertainment agency partnering with subsidiaries of RCA, Universal Music Group, and Interscope on high-impact branding and management strategies. An active member of the American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia and the Financial Policy Council in New York, Dawood leverages his cross-industry network to forge strategic alliances and shape sound public-policy dialogue. He is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and championing innovative solutions that bridge technical rigor with creative vision.
